Bio/Summary:

Darren offers his clients over 25 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial and risk management. As a consultant, he has led multidisciplinary teams in a wide range of auditing and consulting projects for federal government departments, agencies and crowns. He has also provided consulting services to not-for-profit, municipal and public company clients in the National Capital Region. Darren’s seven years of experience leading the internal audit functions for a multi-billion dollar energy company and a regional financial institution have afforded him valuable insight to his clients’ perspective. Darren’s passion is working with his clients to drive value and efficiency from their investments in internal audit and risk management activities. He is proud to be an active member of the Ottawa Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors where he served as Chair of the Audit Leaders Committee from 2011 through 2014.
